Interview with EY TAAG partners. What can I expect for an exp associate role interview? Is it mostly behavioral? If technical I’m gonna be honest and say I’m not too familiar but have a overall understanding of the topics the clusters I’m interested in deal with.

I am looking to leave my current position due to not having the opportunity to run campaigns and earn experience.
However, every interview I get asked about the campaigns that I have run.
This is starting to feel like a closed loop. Any ideas are appreciated.

I do create some personal campaigns and do social media content on LinkedIn for my personal profile. That is why I get a high number of interviews but I stumble at the starting line.
