Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. Now that I signed the offer and is pending background checks, my anxiety is off the roof as it itches closer to my starting date.

Is it too much to ask a home health company for someone to shadow/orient? I was just hired PRN and that was something I asked for during the hiring process and the recruiter agreed. Never heard back and it’s been several weeks yet keep getting texts from the schedule if office to see patients. Is this typical for home health or a red flag? I have only worked in SNF and acute so I am new to HH plus this company specializes in lymphedema therapy. I am a CLT but want just a little but of training.

Hi fishes, I joined infosys as manual tester in trade finance domain at 3 Lpa now after almost 2 years of experience I have offer from tcs for 4 Lpa and quality kiosk for 7.5 lpa. Tcs offered me a developer role while quality kiosk offered me the same role in Testing with trade finance domain. Tcs refused to renegotiate the salary even a little. I'm not sure where I should join, any suggestions?

This is regarding Visa Appointment for Germany - in VFS.
My visa expiry is June 2023 , whereas my Appointment to consulate is July 2022. I am going to renew my visa now but for my appointment I had given my current passport number and for appointment I need to carry the renewed passport(Which will have new Passport Number) , please help if this will be an issue?? Who is still in denial about a housing correction? The Fed just made another .75% increase. Powell said they won’t stop until inflation is 2%. He also said a recession would be better than the consequences of unchecked inflation. He announced he will bring rates to a “restrictive level” until “the job is done”. He said that labor demand needs to soften (ie: layoffs). He very explicitly said he wants to slash demand and that housing needs a “correction”.

Completed 4 rounds at @microsoft 3 were technical .. 4th was kind of AA where interviewer was senior and asked some normal questions(where do you see yourself in 5 years, greatest achievement).
