Interviewed on Tuesday and was told (when asking next steps) they'd make an offer by Wednesday EOD or Thursday...... Haven't heard anything, what the heck?

There are no projects & my PSP told me to get allocated into AX 2012 which is an older versiom of the ERP software.
I got an automated mail today saying:
"Any refusal to accept available assignments offered by WFM Manager or to participate in interviews will be viewed as failure to comply with instructions of management & will attract disciplinary action."
Will I be forced to resign if I do not join a random project?
