Interviewing for a sales enablement specialist position (though from what I’ve gauged about the director’s expectations for the role, seems more geared towards sales operations / analysis & reporting). It’s a privately held company, and the division I’m interviewing for is part of their luxury brand. I was told they will be acquiring another one of their luxury brands and this role would be a one person team, supporting both those luxury brands.

What they've listed here feels low, how does it compare to your past roles? I'd definitely negotiate for the top of the range, especially with that commute. I might even negotiate for the top of the range PLUS only 2 days in office. If you have made more before or are in a good position to negotiate, they could easily concede the extra day at home

I’ve had two past roles: started at $50K then jumped to $75K. And I wasn’t a one person team for either of those roles.
Any tips on how to negotiate for top of the range (or even beyond) and 2 days in office vs 3?
Considering this role doesn’t seem like they’re looking for enablement but rather someone to own their reporting systems and provide analytics on their data—I have a stronger background in the creative side of enablement vs what they’re looking for seems more analytical (so I’m also considering if it would even be a good move for me).
I feel like I’m also grasping at straws and trying to go after the first thing I can find because I haven’t had much luck with interviews and job applications, and I’m nervous if I give up this opportunity, I may have a very difficult time finding something else…especially in this market.

The posting listed the salary range as $69K - $87K. It’s a hybrid role and would require me to drive there at least 1 hour both ways 2-3 times a week (and not 100% sure yet, but I may need to pay for tolls) I’m based in Pennsylvania.
Does this range seem reasonable for what’s expected of the person in this role?

More curious about how they’d feel about a raise after acquiring the other brand.

3L with mostly A’s and B’s. I am having the worst luck trying to find work for after school and my experience working with lawyers has left me completely dejected. I cannot get an interview to save my life. I was so excited to get an externship summer after 2L with a small business and IP firm only to get yelled at on the phone a few times for not doing an assignment correctly. Mind you, I was working FOR FREE as it was a school connected externship. That made me never want to work in the law.

That 50/50 company then owns 70% of holding company they own all the real estate as a partnership that the original partners are 35/35 and the investors own the remainder. Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

What do you think?

When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior). How do I approach this with my boss as I’m not sure she’s aware I’m actually technically a junior? Revolving around asking for a move up + raise

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…
