My background is in CDD and growth strategy, with some focus on value creation at a top consulting firm (e.g., AlixPartners, A&M). How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? The sheer volume of work is exhausting and I haven’t taken a true vacation as we are a small company so if something urgent comes to my email I feel like I must respond. I was given an additional title and more responsibilities last year as well but only a 3% raise for it.

So what are everyone’s thoughts on reopening? I know as of 4/22 Massachusetts only has 21 deaths in the under 50 age group. I think time to re-open but precautions in place and elderly stay quarantine
