Hmmm. It’s not 3 days across the board
Waiting it out. May as well get decent 401 match as long as possible and any kind of severance. Also, I’d bet health will fight to stay wfh due to the fact that we’re working more hours than ever being remote. There are no “normal work hours” or boundaries. Days roll into nights. Nights roll into weekends. If RTO is mandated, I’d like to think people will put their foot down and set work-hours boundaries again. Which is somewhat of a silver lining if any. If not, we’ll just be adding commute hours to our already 24/7 schedule - and I simply cannot fathom that.

Has anybody heard yet if they will be offering severance ? And if so, how much ?
I think it’s 2 weeks + a week per. So 4 years would be 5 weeks. But yeah still sucks
If Omc makes RTO mandatory post acquisition of IPG do we think IPG Health will need to follow and if they do, do we think they’ll offer severance if we don’t move closer to an office?
