Is it good to ask counter offer to company A?.
If yes, when should I ask. Now itself or few days before the joining date.?

AWS Developer -Deloitte USI - 15fixed + 0-10% Variable + 4LJB (retention bonus) 2. Sr security Analyst - AWS IAM - Sony India software centre - 17.5fixed + 3L Variable.
