Is a customer success manager role good for a technical person .

I am a mulesoft developer and I have heard that the role is not good and non technical .

I recently joined PWC SDC Banglore. I received laptop and charger only, today. There is no laptop bag, headphones or other accessories. Will they provide any welcome kit ?
