Ignore
I skip over the ones with no salary range... Tells me they are too ashamed to post it🤣😂
I wouldn't ignore. See how far you go and try to get the salary range out of them during 1st or 2nd interview. You can always have a number in mind you will
Take and be able to settle for a little less. My daughter's university where she currently works doesn't advertise any salaries for any position ever. She was able to negotiate and has grown tremendously in her position the last 4 years
I would skip as it is not being transparent, so one would then wonder what else they might not be sharing.
There are many jobs that will be advertised but the company is not actually hiring.
I wouldn’t ignore it. I also wouldn’t answer any questions around desired salary until the range was disclosed either.
Ignore no one wants to waste time!
If I'm already employed, I apply and see how it goes. I don't have to take it. If I'm unemployed, I might skip because again, that's time that could be spent looking for a legit opportunity. Contrary, I know.
I don't waste my time on posts without a range.
Rising Star
I would say ignore it.
I ignore.. if they can't give a range... then not worth my time👍🏼
yes
