Yes, imo. They don't walk far or fast for a while. You'll also appreciate the storage a stroller provides while traveling

We got a cheap/standard one from Target and it definitely came in handy on multiple occasions when our toddler got tired of walking and we didn’t want to lug the big stroller
Yes. We used it tons on our international trip and didnt mind it much when the airline lost it during the last leg of our journey
I would say yes. However, if traveling to Europe, then I would make sure it has pneumatic tires. Theirs side walls are not as even as the US your kid will be shaken to death. A top end kid carrier in Europe can be a better idea

We have the uppa baby double umbrella stroller for my 4 and 2 year old that we used to push them through the streets of London and Paris. It worked great
