Is a travel stroller worth it for a ~1yr old about to start walking?

Yes, imo. They don't walk far or fast for a while. You'll also appreciate the storage a stroller provides while traveling

like

Yup, unless you have good core and arm strength

funny

We got a cheap/standard one from Target and it definitely came in handy on multiple occasions when our toddler got tired of walking and we didn’t want to lug the big stroller

Yes. We used it tons on our international trip and didnt mind it much when the airline lost it during the last leg of our journey

I would say yes. However, if traveling to Europe, then I would make sure it has pneumatic tires. Theirs side walls are not as even as the US your kid will be shaken to death. A top end kid carrier in Europe can be a better idea

Yes. Highly recommend uppa minu

We have the uppa baby double umbrella stroller for my 4 and 2 year old that we used to push them through the streets of London and Paris. It worked great

Welcome to all my fellow travelers. Travel is a great way to open your eyes to the world we live in. To experience new cultures & customs & embrace diversity in our world which makes being human so special. Due to Covid travel has been definitely not a priority for most people. As travel changes in our society due to borders opening and technology let's discuss and share on the experience so we can adjust to our new world and prepare for a safer experience which could be inspiring-

I make $100K with 12% bonus and was offered a role $130k with 15-20% bonus. 4YOE in provider industry.

I would appreciate pros/cons etc! Thank you.

Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with discrimination as an Asian in the workplace? In my company it seems like it’s a white boys club where and they just promote white ppl because they’re white. I am not generalizing that this is how it is everywhere but it definitely is that way in my workplace. Any advice?
