Is anyone else completely rewriting their resume from scratch? My work resume is full of bullet points, KPIs, and action verbs, but now I keep hearing that an MBA resume should “tell a story.” What does that even mean—am I supposed to be writing plot arcs? I’ve gone through so many drafts trying to balance results with context, but it’s hard not to over-explain. I want them to see my growth, but I also don’t want to write a novel.

Can you really learn a language properly with Duolingo? To the point in being able to use it professionally? I feel like it's no rival to Rosetta Stone in that regard.

Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away. Becoming a manger in my current company/path will probably get me there in terms of TC. Also considering EMBA from a good school (Wharton Global, Duke, Kellogg, Booth).
