Well for me it won’t add to my comp in the near term but I’m doing it for the experience. Plus I don’t want to be a 26yr old manager. Feel like getting 2 more yrs of aging under my belt will help credibility when I hit that point.

Is the question : “if an MBA would have no impact on my career financials would I do it?” The answer for me would still be yes. There are two reasons to get an MBA 1.) climb the ladder quicker/increase salary. 2.) pivot careers. I’m going for an MBA for the latter. If your concern is for the former and an MBA wouldn’t change that then you are just wasting time and money.
