Hi, I have paid medical insurance premium of 27300 in the month of April 2022. My last working day was 17th October. I have talked with finance team, they told me I will get the 27300 rupees on FNF
Today I received mail from KPMG. On FNF , 27300 rupees in not included.

I’m a second year BigLaw associate that pays market. I was offered the position at a modified salary and hourly expectation due to their expected work flow needs. I’m wondering what is the best way to approach the topic of getting on the full salary/hours. Do I wait until the bonuses are given at the end of my first year? Or bring it up at mid-year review? Anyone do employment contract law in Florida? My girlfriend urgently needs a consult on on enforceability / potential damages for breach of a clause in her employment agreement that requires her to give 30 days notice.
Main question regarding damages is whether company could tax her the cost of replacing her with an hourly consultant since she would be leaving during a critical business time (corporate tax filing season).
