I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. Being Desi my mom has always had opinion on what I wear and how I dress up . We are planning for baby shower and she mentioned that she has few Sarees that she shopped and would send it over. I told her that I want to choose what I like though she agreed with it I feel guilty that I am making a decision .
