Before covid and wfh, we were in gurgaon and we used to go to each other's places to have some "private time"

It looks like a distant luxury now.
Any ideas of what can be done? Anyone facing a similar issue who got any resolution?

Is this a good year for lottery?? I feel companies like TCS, and other it body shops won't be filing h1bs as they are working remote. I know no one was the answer but I am feeling scared. About to send my documentation and stuff by EOD. Fingers crossed

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

Hello everyone I have 29 years as a dental professional in Texas. I started as a dental assistant back in 1993. As my career progressed as a RDA, I moved to the front office and eventually management. I even taught dental assistants and became the Program Director of a DA program. COVID opened up remote work for me, I manage eclaims, claims corrections and billing for two offices. $20 per hour, no bonuses or incentives, I know I am not getting paid enough! I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...
