Before covid and wfh, we were in gurgaon and we used to go to each other's places to have some "private time"

It looks like a distant luxury now.
Any ideas of what can be done? Anyone facing a similar issue who got any resolution?

I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021. Should I stay in my role a bit longer to gain experience or I am not able to find remote or hybrid matching my profile. Your advice and comments are much appreciated.

While most teachers are protected by teacher unions, I feel my voice hasn’t been heard at all with my concerns of going back to school next week. Our diocese has decided on full return 5 days/ week for all 42 schools despite a recent increase in COVID in our communities. Every other school that I know of in my state is either choosing remote learning to start the year or a hybrid approach, yet that was not an option for us. Are other Catholic schools I. I feel like working from home has been the death of my dating life. I used to at least go on 4 dates a month, and I was casually seeing a guy for a while. Post covid, I love my work-life balance but I'm never out. I can't meet people sitting at my desk, and I have no local coworkers to pull me out of the house for happy hour.

With my partner we are considering making a move to the countryside of Switzerland, with a gorgeous RE project offering incredible views on immaculate mountains and lake. However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now. We are scared it will bite us back at some point, although COVID helped w/ remote working being a new norm. The project will be done 2024, so I hope to have a more relax job by then.
