What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

Tell them uh have a 60 day notice period. In some special it has been changed to 60 but i can join in 30 days as well. At least get your interview scheduled.
Sometimes we have to lie to get the things in our favour. These HR do not really need someone who can join early. They are just afraid that the candidate will take the offer and will run after other companies to negotiate with their offer letter.
