It’s something recruiters will filter on based on certain roles. It’s not difficult nor prestigious enough like an MBA for those other components you mentioned.

So it’s not going to help me get better paying in this economy?

It’s now been about a month since I cold applied to all big 4 firms for upcoming winter internships. I’ve tried reaching out to some of the recruiters in the area I applied for but no response. For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. Anyone have any friends who successfully pivoted out of advertising?
