Is fdd really a high paid service line?
- I am a senior 1 getting 112k in HCOL. My friend at forvis is getting 105k as a tax S1
-Audit a1s are starting at 90k and higher in hcol well fdd s1 are still at 90k for few years
Do you guys think FDD needs to catch up since there hasn’t been a pay bump for years?

hello! I’m looking to get some insight to see if I’m being paid fairly for where I’m at in my career. I’ve worked at the same company for 2.5 years. This is my first job out of college. Started as an HR Admin, basically in a call center for all HR related inquiries and now am a Sr Admin assisting with escalations, interviewing, training new hires, supporting my team, scheduling, keeping track of stats- phone calls, tickets resolved, etc. I’m making $52k per year and work remote out of MA.
