Always include college but def not high school
Im in PR so not sure if its a different expectation but I would personally think its completely fine. Knowing your educational background is still relevant to your skills and experience 🤷♀️

Leave off the year you graduated. Or…
Have you been at your current job since graduating? If yes then just fill out your responsibilities a bit more. Add all internships and any volunteer work.
Ive been at my current job since 2022- in between 2019 and 2022, I was working in retail full time
I have my education on there graduated in 2020 and got a masters afterwards but I don’t include my graduation year on my resume
college yes. high school no. also i feel like it’s a good way for HR to gauge your age?
You should definitely have your education on your resume still. I wouldn’t take it off unless I was decades in, personally
Thanks everyone! :)
