Is including my education on my resume a red flag if its been 6 years since I graduated? I graduated December 2019 and my current job is my only relevant experience, so I dont have much to add that will fill up a whole page.

Im in PR so not sure if its a different expectation but I would personally think its completely fine. Knowing your educational background is still relevant to your skills and experience 🤷‍♀️

Recently switched jobs and had several thousand available to rollover into my new 401K. Also just got married/had a wild bachelor party/overspent on honeymoon, which led to me having about the same amount in high interest credit card debt. Definitely feel like it’s a one time thing and I know how to budget better for trips now. So, my question is, should I use my old 401K amount to just pay off my debt, taking the 10% hit in penalties, or should I roll it over to my new employers 401K?

I work for a small consulting in AZ and this is my first time assisting intern recruitment. We offer $31.25/ hour and we are getting questions left and right about housing stipends from out-of-state candidates.
