Pharma bonus with their multipliers are something.
Here is 140-230% of your yearly bonus. If your company had a great year your bonus maybe 80% of your base salary.
Not common but attainable. Mine was 1.52 thanks to multipliers

Nope
In big pharma that’s not so uncommon if the company has strong financial performance that year. Check previous threads on bonus multipliers to see the range. It’s very rarely below 100%. And this is agnostic of any performance-based increase.
