Earlier this year I was making $75k as an FA and now $90k as an SFA in OC which is pretty much market value (4yrs exp - 2 in B4). Please help!! Having an offer from Cts for 12 lpa(11.5 F) in Kolkata. Another offer from Credit Suisse Pune 13.6 Lpa F. I want to understand whether I will get a project as per my tech stack in CTS. I resigned from Cognizant recently and now the manager is saying they will raise a request for Canada work permit for me.

My question is how genuine can that promise be ? Anyone faced similar situation before ? How Canada work permits generally happen here in CTS and how many months it can take ?
