Is it just me or the wait times on the platinum elite Marriott helpline insanely long (compared to SPG?)

Hi, I joined my current organisation in NOV 2021. At the time of joining they promised permanent remote work. Now they are asking to come to office which is 2.5 hr travel from my house. I am a mother of 2.5 year old and carrying second child with no support from family. I & my husband both are working and that’s why I wanted permanent remote work option. Now I cannot switch also as i am pregnant and no organisation will consider me as i will be soon going on maternity leave. What should i do now

What do folks do after work? Between my toddler, getting dinner prepared, and tending to house chores I feel like I have time for nothing else. How does everyone keep up? She’s only 4 and is in preschool about 7-8 hours of the day and the mom guilt eats me alive when the few hours we have with her we’re spending getting dinner ready or running errands or tending to the house. Why TCS basic is so low, Currently IBM pays me 68k monthly basic with package 20 Lpa and with TCS offer of 28 lpa i suppose to get only 40k basic? Is it wise to join TCS considering this?

Livid. Helped a friend with a small claims suit against a tow company that failed to provide them with all of the documentation/information as explicitly required by the vehicle code. And this violation explicitly allows statutory damages. Judge disregarded the law. Said that my friends weren’t really harmed by the tow company not giving that info. Disregarded statutory damages. Completely denied all claims. Insane. I’ve lost even more faith in our judicial system. Southern California by the way
