Compensation in companies is given in bands per level. If the company you join, for your level, has lower end as 28L then yeah.
Better to have a clear plan of what you’re going to do, rather than thinking you will stumble upon such a company
Well! Hike depends on various factors, like the unique skills you bring to the table, plus the urgency your potential employer has around it.
Otherwise, the norm I see is that the coporates do not offer more than 40% than your original salary.
However, I suggest try Deloitte. Some of my junior colleagues got 80% hike there
Not really sure, but your CCTC looks little lower. You have only one option to get it leveled up! Retention!!! If you think you have dependency in your project, try getting offer from Accenture (competitor), and ask them to retain with same CTC. You'll easily get around 25LPA as new offer based on your skillset. This is the ONLY OPTION you have, I have tried it in 2024, I got 50% raise with promotion.
Crack deloitte usi or any product company, you’ll get your desired CTC.
