90k hybrid 2-3 days in the office. (20min drive now however I am moving an 1.5 hours away)

They both have their benefits and company match.

The 90k is also a new team so a lot of growth opportunity while the 72k is well established team. If this matters at all.

I'm in negotiation with the this data company (which is only 10 % over offered fixed ctc) but HR hasn't shown much confidence. They have asked for week's time & say can only offer a signing bonus. I'm getting a bit nervous as it's an opportunity I've always wanted!

Last year when Covid broke, I received a couple of interview calls but ignored them as I felt the organization kept me at work when other companies cut short their HR staff so I should be with them even if with no appraisal. I tried to renegotiate with one of a reputed firm after accepting the offer letter due to the CTC that they offered is 30% less than avg pay for the same role and experience and in return HR said that due to I discussed my CTC with my friends HR team can take compliance issue and they can revoke the given offer. Will they withdraw my offer letter due to this renegotiation and discussing CTC with friends. What will be the impact of this. I am really worried now

I have usually seen people taking sick leaves when workload is more and there is more responsibility coming in team. But I always hesitate to ask for leaves, I feel I'm doing something wrong. At the same time I'm exhausted with work and feel like I should be taking 1-2 leaves per month. Even in new organization it's been 4 months, I have not taken even a single leave.

How to deal with these thoughts? It looks like job is taking control over my mind and health.
