Is it possible to transition from private client service - tax position to tax due diligence? Not really familiar with tax or diligence but learning a bit more and wondering how hard or easy is it to land in interview at a different public accounting firm?

In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
2. Is their any disadvantage between A&M FDD compared to B4 FDD in terms of exit ops down the road? Trying to look 5 years down the line
