Is it difficult landing an in-house position as only a second year corporate associate in big law? I know some people who went in-house straight out of law school and some who had no transactional background but went in-house after just a year of practice. Not having that same luck on my end.

Just accepted an opportunity as a district manager for an Insurance company. Not 100% sure about Commission-based only. Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you.
