Hi All,
I have around 10 years experience in IT industry, mainly on QA automation. I have experience with PwC and Deloitte in the USA.
My I797 expired, however I have 10 months remaining on initial 6 year period. I’m looking for opportunities in US for getting H1B/L1. I’m open for positions in India initially as well. I’m well versed with Salesforce too. Any suggestions are really appreciated Accenture PwC EY KPMG Capgemini Salesforce

In my experience last year, they were slow. But did a good job in replying to the RFE that I had. Got an approval within 2 weeks of replying to the RFE
They are slow because they don’t want to screw up. My experience is same as EY1, they are excruciatingly slow..but you can’t blame them for being sloppy. All are getting RFEs / denial with the new memo, EY law is making a loudest noise about it with even more stricter internal controls. But other consulting firms are in the same situation.
..their H1Bs or extensions rejected, seem to be from EY. I’m nervous because I’m considering a job offer between them and another firm, but I need to make sure they don’t screw anything up with my visa transfer and GC applications. Any inputs, specially from EY people who have had their visas done by this Immigration Team would help.
