Is it typical to show a customer list as a part of a transaction in the due diligence process?

Why isn't Deloitte USI allowing to work from anywhere/work from office locations of your choice?
I tried getting a transfer to Kolkata but apparently Cloud Engineering service line transfers to Kolkata is currently blocked as conveyed by an HR. Any help/suggestions on the same would be hugely appreciated.
