It's one of the top providers. Obviously, it depends on the company. Some have different security requirements.

I would say yes across the board. I have rarely used something else at the corporate level, if ever.

Yeah, pretty sure I've only ever used Outlook for work.

Yes. Usually because Microsoft provides a pretty sweet deal to enterprise for Office 365.

Based on my experience with both corporate companies and entrepenuers, the majority of them use Outlook. But honestly, I prefer Gmail. It's so much more convienent.
