Hey everyone!
Working as an A right now since January. I'm kinda good with the work here and no plans to switch out to other places given that I'll go for masters(probably mba).
Here are some points:
A. Any idea about the ZS sponsored higher studies?
B. At what month do I start preparing. Planning to work here for 1.8 or 2.8 years (so that I don't miss out on the ELRP 😅), leave zs, and apply for colleges given they should line with college joining dates.

What will be my monthly inHand salary ?

Interesting...I'm with you, Jim.

I’m not sure how much you believe in power of law of attraction (to each their own), but I’ve been in this mindset before and it was so heavy and easy for me to spiral. Then I decided to work on my mindset and figure out what thoughts like this were true vs false. Next step was to change the narrative in my head, so I’d practice reframing my thoughts to: my projects go smoothly and my teammates recognize my efforts as productive and valuable. It takes awhile to believe the statement after months of negativity but it starts to shift your perception and be believable over time (and the energy around your projects and team will start to shift because you will start to shift). Good luck!!
☺️ a roommate at the time (this was 2017!) lightly suggested I watch the secret (the book is also a quick read). It’s ridiculously produced, but the gist of reworking each thought to be in your favor and what you want to happen (instead of mentioning/acknowledging things you don’t want to happen) was my takeaway. From there I wrote down my goals in manifesting format and every morning read them out loud to myself first thing and then journaled to reframe any thoughts I was having first thing. Throughout the day if a nonserving thought crossed my head I would simply say out loud to myself STOP and reframe/move fwd with my day. I listened to a lot of growth/perspective podcasts, at least one daily; eg Oprah’s supersoul sunday podcast (the Maya Angelou ep taught me a lot!). The biggest thing is daily awareness of thoughts and practicing reframing. I also read several books- power of ordinary things, some brene brown, etc.

Hey! We all have tough days, and even tough months, this isn’t the end even if you feel like you’re in a rut. You’re clearly smart and a hard worker, you’re at a top company. Maybe you need a short holiday to start fresh again? Or approach your situation with a new angle?
We all have our ups and downs but don't ever feel that you cause problems. Maybe you are just exhausted and you need time to relax and detox yourself from all the stress of your work.
Fellow blocker reporting for duty! Sorry about that…
What changed, in you opinion? How were you acting then, as a top performer, that was helping you maintaining that good performance ?
Have you done a retrospective of it? How you were feeling, how were you acting, what was going on in your life, etc..
Can you identify a turning moment/situation?
What trully upsets you the most?
Feeling like a failure?
Looking like a failure?
Disappointing your mentor (so you say, but you also said they defended you, so not sure they're actually Disappointed) ?
Not having as much responsibility and freedom of action as before?
Try to choose one only. What's worst?
Hey there! I totally understand you. I feel the same way all the time. I always feel like my team is better off without me since I think I slow everything down. But I don't want everyone to see me like that so I do everything in my power to turn things around. I might stumble at times but I have to get up. Hang in there, OP! Things will get better. Trust the process.
I feel this in my soul. But its probably not just you. Are you taking meds? I knwo that is one thing that really helped me. After I was put on aderral things started to get a lot better.
You are what you focus on.. act as if and you will become
Hey! What you're feeling is valid. We all have our bad episodes and days. That doesn't mean that we are a bad person as a whole. Cheer up! You're gonna be fine. :)
Hello! Commenting to remind you that we all get rough days. It's normal and that shouldn't define us. I hope you're well, OP.
