I got an offer from Persistent systems with grade 5.1and Engineer lead designation for Azure Data Engineer role.

I have another opportunity with cts for the similar role.

Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.
