I used to wort there and now few of my friends are still there , sapient used to be awesome but it got diluted with Publicis takeover. Mostly engaged in services and you jump project to project in 3-6 months, in bench for more then couple of months it's a red line.
Learning culture is as usual like any other mnc co. Wlb and pressure while you sre in project is on a higher side. Non while on bench
Hike used to be 10, 15 avg now5-8 range
Join at your own risk, the work culture has degraded in last 5 years. Hiring n firing at core values
Are you currently working with them?
Can you share some more details/insights on the same?
Ex-Sapient here. The question is old, but adding my 2 cents for other readers. Yes, hire and fire is working big time at PS especially in Project management, Testing and Scrum master tracks. My boss, who stayed with them for years was fired. Her skills were Product and Program management. Quite a few of my India colleagues have been fired last year. Their skills either test management or project management. The worst part is within 6-months of firing them, PS was back in the market hiring for PM and Test Management skills. I jumped ship and moved to a sister company as soon I came into bench during covid times
