Deloitte M2 advisory salary in SF?
Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.

Around 60 does seem about right from what I've seen. I'm paid a lot less. I have been talking to a few companies this past month and the pay will be about 60k if I get them.
£70k seems to be the current least salary for a Senior Developer in London
I can update from my previous response, that I currently have an offer confirmation for 65k and a "still finalizing" offer, that is 60+. Hopefully this helps you. Both midlands based.
Sounds optimistic! I'm glad to hear the potential is there 😊. I am on 47 at my current company and do get a 5% bonus. I get recruiters doing the same to be honest which is what got me thinking lol.
