Is the bonus that one gets at HSBC capped to the OTVP amount mentioned in the offer letter(10% of base pay) or can we get extra?
HR mentioned during verbal offer that we can get 20-30% and even up to 50% of base pay depending on the company and individual performance, is this true?

Like if base pay is 20lpa can i get 4-6lpa year end bonus by any chance?
