Had my HR call with HCL Technologies 3 weeks ago and we agreed on a offer, the Hr said he will release the offer letter in one week. Since then they haven't communicated and not picking up the call. Has this happened to anyone as well?
PS: I'm considering this as reject and not expecting anything.

Be careful. Don't switch for 30-50%. If jumping take huge ones. Also, answering your question yes Great Resignation will continue because when a lesser experienced guy is paid more than an experienced guy, everyone will start fighting for better pay. And, this will lead to more and more resignations.
No, If everyone what high salary then companies leave for other countries . Or else they may hire less no of employees who can do work of multiple people

I think no. It is stabilizing .. companies normalised employees packages. 5 6 time switches won't be good to acquire some knowledge man... Be rational.

Now the HR's have started delaying the offer Letters so that people cant ship for offers, but I think Great resignation is still on, dont switch multiple times take offers and keep on increasing the offers, HR's wont offer much if you switch multiple times, many factors come into picture while giving offer one of the factor is how much time you have spent in current org, and if they see that you have left previous org in very less time it wont bethat good hike
This great resignation is akin to the top of the bull market. There is euphoria all around, everyone is making money. Greed is abound. Have a long term view and assess your own skillset. Because eventually a correction will happen and that's inevitable. The companies wouldn't even think twice when they began to normalize the pay.

Bro, don't get lured so much...after the great resignation, great lay off will also come...boom time and recession goes in a cyclic manner... you can switch and get 45 now, but those ppl are targeted first during lay offs
