I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.

I am serving Np currently, 1 st company gave 12lpa.. Based in this offer 2nd company giving 14 but 2nd one asking to send 1st company offer letter.. If no then ask 2/3 LPA moore or 10% More than Expected CTC, say you want 20 then ask for 23 LPA so that you have 3 Lakhs to negotiate on and still can get what you expected :)

I was in Accenture before.
If it is Accenture consulting then it will pay as per level assigned.
For level 10 - 14 fixed max
For level 9 - 19 fixed max
On top of it you will get variable but don't expect the % they gv in offer letter.
Ask for 5 to 10% joining bonus.
