Likely some questions regarding your previous experience in technical writing. i.e. projects you've been involved with, what your role was, what wirting software/tools youre proficient in, why you're interested in working with this particular company, what you're hoping to get out of it...

Pretty standard fare, previous experience in writing, challenges you've overcome, interest in the company, why you're switching from lab to office, general workflow inquiries, perhaps some highly specific questions related to the field but there's little we can do to help you with those
What drove you to switch from a lab based role to technical writing?
Since this is your first time in this kind of role they'll likely ask questions to make sure you're actually qualified and understand what are your responsibiltiies. Have you done your homework on that?
