Is there a legal...ish way I could get around my non-disclosure agreement to showcase some work I've done for major brands or as a ghost writer?

Password protect?

Tell everything without sharing confidential details.

”For a major FMCG player last year, …”

Password protect the portfolio

I don't think password protection would help more than removing any and all identifiers.

I'm not implying it doesn't. I'm saying I dont believe it offers as much protection or "more than" removing identifiers. Of course, this is assuming that OP doesn't have the resources of a billion dollar company's legal department should a violation of an NDA occur. Having something password protected yet, still disclosing details of a non-disclosure agreement seems like, idk, disclosure?

OP, there's clearly a thin blurry line here, so if you're really concerned or simply don't have the urge or pockets to risk it, you may wanna check with an attorney who can provide more concrete insight.

Moving from a boutique (<30 employees, MBB competitor) to the strategy practice of a Big 4. Have only worked for boutiques in the past, so I’m expecting there to be some major differences in terms of working style.

What are the major differences and ‘watch outs’ you would point out to me? Could be anything from culture, to red tape, to compliance etc.

I told my boss about my ADHD in confidence because I was looking for a small accommodation (working from home x2 a week). I got it, but now I lowkey feel like she told other people in the office. I'm not sure if I'm being paranoid but someone I'm friendly with in HR has been acting weird since Monday, which is when I told my boss. Would she have to tell HR legally? What should I do?

If a recruiter asks me if I’ve spoken to another recruiter at the company, is it okay if I lie and say no? Or should I just be honest and say yes? I’ve heard of instances where candidates have been ghosted if they say they’ve been in contact with another recruiter. In my case, the recruiter I was in contact with messaged me on LinkedIn and never followed up after our 5 minute phone conversation. I really want this job so I don’t want to mess anything up before getting an interview.

Hello everyone! This is my first time posting since joining this platform. I’m interested in connecting with someone who is open to HR mentoring. I’ve been in HR now for about six years and have never had a mentor. I’ve been relying mostly on SHRM and other people in the company for feedback. Even if it’s for feedback, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

I see this question about how to display side projects often, so putting this out there for anyone who might find it useful:

There’s no such thing as side projects, in my eyes. Every project is an opportunity to display your creativity, and the few you’re most proud of make it to your book. Generally, the consensus these days is that we want our advertising to not look/feel like advertising. So, why should you be concerned to separate what was and wasn’t “advertising?”
