I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

When I look at the other member's comments here, it seems majority of folks are earning 20-30Lpa or even more.

Any suggestions from mature audience to achieve a big pay raise.

After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.
