Anyone here works full time at public accounting and has a part time job to make some side money? I have been thinking to get a real estate license and work as an agent on the weekends/ free time. Is that possible time wise? Thought housing market is hot now and would be a good time to enter.

Check firms policy on having another job. Some firms have strict policies against it

like

Most firms are pretty strict about this so make sure to ask before you do it. If they feel your second job would interfere with your job at the firm, they will definitely say no

like

Not if you want to ask for forgiveness after getting fired.

If you have enough time to have a side job you might not have your primary job much longer.

I wouldn’t want a realtor working part time in a hot market. If things move fast and clients want to see a house same day, how would you manage? We lost out on a house because we were scheduled to see it at 5pm the day it listed (our realtor was busy) and someone put in an offer by lunch.

The WFH situation has made it easier than ever to scale up my side hussle as a narcotics distribution manager.
