Been here 6 months, and every day is torture.

I have been here for 15 months. Earlier I worked in a good product company and joined Citi with very high hopes. But Citi is no where being a good company and I hate Citi's culture from day 1.
I work now in Citi only for money(as they have good pay).
Looking current market situation, I don't have courage to resign

Joined citi in may 2025 and serving notice period now before completing 1 year, worst company,worst team management and high pressure, will not recommend anyone.

Do you feel explicitly femme / butch / futch / stud ? I feel like I’m not femme or butch and I’d be more butch personality wise in a relationship but definitely more of a futch / soft butch physically?
