Is there really that big of difference in recruiting between USC and UCLA MBA? I checked MBB target schools and only one recruits at USC whereas all 3 recruit from UCLA. I would have thought it would have been about the same. Thoughts from MBB/B4/Tier 2 consulting?

I am an MBB partner and have been approached by a recruiter with a Senior Partner opportunity in the strategy unit if one of the big 4, in a different country. Advancement in my current Firm is unlikely in my current context So this would imply a more senior role, the opportunity to rebuild a practice, and likely doubling comp. However, I see it as a downgrade in prestige and the talent pool, and above all find it strange they look for someone outside the Firm. Any thoughts or advise?

How do I break into CTA or CRC positions? I'm currently a medical scribe but I have 3 years of risk analyst/business development experience in the finance industry prior to this job. I've been applying to many positions and have gotten 2 interviews in the past month and a half. I have a GCP certification from NIDA and have been learning about the industry for a year now. What else should I know in order to increase my chances?

Does anyone have trouble fitting in at work? I’m a 24 yr. old recent graduate working in a team of 20. All of my colleagues are middle aged white men with an exception of one 35 year old woman. I have trouble relating to a lot of them and I feel like I have no real friends at work. Outside of work. 2) Are MBA Summer consulting internships a good idea, or should I do a school consulting project and apply as a FT hire?
