I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. I now only make 0.50 cents more than even the lowest paid shift lead but I am doing a lot more work. I'm no longer satisfied with these conditions. Should I try to negotiate a raise or look for other opportunities?

If I should negotiate, any tips?

Lateral that just went through first bonus season with the firm. Not in a major market but workload is comparable to major markets. Surprised at how low the bonus was. I received solid reviews and my annualized hours were well above the requirement. Should I approach anyone about this? Wondering if it is worth addressing or if it could compromise my standing. Currently working in-house for a large bio pharma - like the company and most of the people, but the work is really getting monotonous and I just leaned through the grapevine that I am making significantly less money ($15k to $30k) than others in the same level/grade as me. The work I do is equally difficult and I have a smaller team because people have left, so there is no way “type” of law justifies this. I think I just did a poor job negotiating my salary and raise. Any tips on what I can do?

KPMG better place to work than Deloitte - other way around. I realize my set up isn't clear. Another way to ask: are you happy with moving from Big A to Big B? Why?
