I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

When I look at the other member's comments here, it seems majority of folks are earning 20-30Lpa or even more.

Any suggestions from mature audience to achieve a big pay raise.

2) Are MBA Summer consulting internships a good idea, or should I do a school consulting project and apply as a FT hire?
3) Generally what do "Consulting Clubs" consist of?

I currently work as a grants account for a hospital in Philadelphia. I am a first semester MBA student at the moment while also working g on a Goole data analytics certificate. KPMG better place to work than Deloitte - other way around. I realize my set up isn't clear. Another way to ask: are you happy with moving from Big A to Big B? Why?
