I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

If you work for the federal government you have plenty of reasons to be concerned. Musk is something of a joke, but he's dangerous. His plans to remake the government will fail, but whatever he does can hurt a lot of people and a lot of good work will be ruined.
Several large Federal Agencies had upper layers of career management gutted or severely downsized, and the Administrators had problems trying to entice those who retired or changed careers, to return. The Pandemic shutdown, roil in employment markets and resulting turnover as employees jumped to better paying jobs over the last couple of years hasn't helped.
Personally I would be if I worked at the Federal level. You should be updating your resume and leaning into your professional networks now, not next week. Although a lot of the cuts are outlined in Project 2025, if Elon stayed, I would not be surprised if the cuts are much steeper than what was originally proposed.
Maybe a little of both
Prepare for the worst and expect the best. I would absolutely be thinking ahead at the federal level too. I feel like we will all be feeling something happening soon, and just being prepared for it is much wiser than pretending like nothing is going to happen.
Always have a Plan B in hand, just in case your workplace becomes toxic.
