It’s the beginning of the year and everyone tends to strive to do more, break out of the comfort zone.

The comfort zone is not a bad thing. And in my experience it is something that used to be that stretch goal or something new.

Remember to celebrate the comfort zone. It was once a mountain you had to climb.

It’s interesting that you’re seeing that. I feel like everyone came back from the holidays really unmotivated—no one seems willing to step out of their comfort zone.

I feel this exact same way. Everybody's always talking about pushing themselves and I'm like, why? What's so bad about being happy and comfortable? I honestly don't get that.

Is it mandatory to return to office this year from sep 1 ???

Currently unemployed, and looking at a job offer of around 62k base, small firm. Not my preferred choice but this is the first offer in three months. They also took a month to get me the offer with corona and internal restructuring. Two questions:
1) The contract doesn’t mention a notice period in the probation period. What’s a good way to ask? 2) If I manage to secure another offer between contract signing and start date, would this involve any financial liabilities?

I’m struggling with coordinating my work and when I’ll be in my home state with my sessions because apparently I can only be seen when I’m physically in my home state. Are there different types of lisences I should look for that would allow someone to treat me while traveling? It’s all very confusing…
