Gary V talks about this and how 1 negative employee can cost a company in many ways but particularly the lose of good employees. It is wild to me how one person can have such a large ripple effect. I have managers that stand up for what’s right or have always been the tough guy bow down to an individual because they are “too tired to fight them” or “just avoid them” like what about those of us that don’t have that option?!? Our managers are supposed to protect us from that IMO so to see them just shrug with defeat is infuriating!

I agree so much with this, it does really cost a company if there is even one toxic person

Just ignore that one person
How does just ignoring that one person provide a solution for the targeted individual director?
