I’ve been noticing more headlines about big companies rolling back their DEI initiatives, and it’s honestly making me pause. These programs have been a step forward for creating more inclusive workplaces, but now it feels like we’re moving backward. At my company, I’ve already noticed less focus on DEI training and fewer resources being shared, which has me wondering what’s next. What’s your take on this trend? Have you seen any changes at your workplace, and how do you think it will affect the industry in the long run?

I’m definitely concerned about this shift. DEI programs have made a huge impact in creating more inclusive environments, so seeing them scaled back feels like a step backward. At my company, I’ve noticed less emphasis too, and it worries me about long-term progress. I’m curious how this will play out.

I’m happy to see it scaled back. It’s a waste of millions of dollars. It’s honestly a joke at best.
