I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? 1) Wrong lifetime night count (wrong on one and zero on other)
2) Missing reservations
3) Missing past stays
4) Discrepancy between website and mobile app

I was platinum lifetime marriott... on the spg app, i now show gold lifetime. That should show Platinum lifetime right?

How do I request suite upgrades on the new app? I have 10 that will expire this year and can’t seem to find a way to apply them on a reservation. Thanks for the help!

The new SPG app is not intuitive at all, very hard to navigate i find.
