I’ve been searching for a new position for quite some time and landed one offer but it didn’t feel like the right fit… I haven’t landed any others but I’m ready to leave my firm…can anyone provide some words of wisdom to stay motivated and not feel discouraged about the process. Entity A and B have a partnership such that me working for entity B will create conflict of interest. Should I disclose my relationship with entity A during the initial interview with entity B’s hiring manager? If so, what should I say?
